Iowa's Roadside Native Communities: Wet Prairies
All teacher in Iowa K-12 schools and community colleges plus naturalists are invited to attend this workshop to help students explore and improve Iowa Wet Prairies. The Instructional unit coordinates with the Iowa Core Curriculum, K-12. Participants receive two UNI graduate credits, materials, meals and housing for only $198 due to grants.

Green Iowa AmeriCorps Energy Unit in Cedar Valley
Headquartered at the CEEE, an AmeriCorps team is working with Cedar Valley organizations this year to rehabilitate and improve homes with energy efficiency and conservation in mind. CEEE is the lead entity with key partners including the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and others.
