This year's Iowa Farm and Food Conference theme, Futuring our Food System, is about just that - imagining bold, transformative possibilities for the future and the systematic, creative and connective measures that get us there. Day 1 is visits to local farms and gardens with a community dinner at SingleSpeed in Waterloo. Day 2 is the conference at Waterloo Center for the Arts.
